Corporate Membership - $250.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments *A corporation involved in the hearing healthcare industry that wishing to support HAAK financially. This is a non-voting membership.

Full Voting Member - $95.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) *RECOMMENDED LEVEL for HIS. Any person actively engaged in the retail
selling and fitting of hearing aids in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
and who holds a permanent license issued by the Kentucky Licensing
Board for Specialist in Hearing Instruments

Professional Associate - $40.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) * Any person actively engaged in the retail
selling and fitting of hearing aids in the Commonwealth of Kentucky,
who holds a permanent license issued by the Kentucky Licensing Board
for Specialist in Hearing Instruments who is associated with a Regular
Voting Member

Student-Apprentice (non-voting) - $40.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments *This membership is only available for apprentices and AuD students, and must be upgraded to Full or Affiliate after licensing has been achieved.

Non-Voting Affliate - $20.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments *Any person, firm or corporation engaged in
hearing aid industry, other than retail selling and fitting of hearing aids,
in the Commonwealth of Kentucky

Academic Member - $10.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) *Any person who either is an instructor or
enrolled as a student of a program in the field of audiology and/or
hearing instrument sciences.
